Payment problems

If you were charged but your credits did not arrive, or you were charged twice, email [email protected] with your username and the time and amount of the payment. For card payments the receipt from Stripe helps; for Monero, include the transaction ID. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: we fix genuine payment problems quickly, and a dispute closes the account while it is open.

Refunds

Credits are non-refundable once they are in your account. Failed and cancelled generations return their credits automatically, so there is nothing to claim. The full refund policy is in the Terms of Service.

Signing in

• Forgot your password? Use your recovery code on the account recovery page to set a new one. You get a new recovery code each time you use it.
• Lost both your password and your recovery code? Email [email protected] with your username and any details that show the account is yours, such as purchase receipts. We cannot always restore access, because accounts have no email address.

Generations

• A generation that fails or is cancelled refunds its credits automatically.
• If generations keep failing or take far longer than usual, the service may be busy or under maintenance. Try again in a few minutes, and email us if it continues.
• Results depend heavily on your prompts and frames. The gallery shows the prompts behind every example, which is the quickest way to learn what works.

Your data

You can delete your account and everything in it from the Account page. If you can't sign in, or have other questions about your data, email [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Reporting abuse

To report content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, or misuse of your likeness or work, email [email protected].
